All you need to do is complete the ‘get in touch form’ and our office will contact you shortly to offer our soonest available appointment slots. If you prefer, you can text us at (310) 785-0770 to get the conversation going. Once we get acquainted, we will set up your Smile Consult utilizing Zoom. You will receive meeting details via text and email. Because life happens, we will follow up with you 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment with a reminder and meeting details.
